Tickbox are carrying out a usability review for Bristol City Council's intranet - a service used daily by more than 10,000 council employees.
We have been commissioned by the council to deliver our recommendations on information architecture, content planning and usability for key areas of the Source intranet - the main source of council information and online resources for council employees.
Using user testing, surveys, heuristic analysis and interviews, we are now in the process of delivering our report and recommendations.
