"The chairman, Trustees and myself are a little overwhelmed by the response the website has generated and view it as our best buy yet. I anticipated the figures to drop off after a few months but they simply continue to remain at a very high level.
Throughout its conception and more recently its upkeep and progression I have kept a close eye on how the website is doing and have been more than impressed.
On behalf of the Chairman, the Trustees and myself, I would like to thank you for what seems like undivided attention to detail in setting up our web site"

The Brief
The UK's largest regional RSPCA branch, along with the Bristol Cats and Dogs Home, wanted a new website that would help explain their work more clearly and engage users to donate money and/or adopt animals.
It needed to be user-friendly and appealing to animal lovers, as well as being a resource for helping improve the welfare of animals in Bristol and the surrounding areas.
Our Work
The brief was challenging in as much as we were bringing together two websites from two related bodies while aiming to make sure their collective and individual messages and aims were projected more clearly than they had been apart.
We drew on our experience of working for the charity sector to create a site that engaged users at the same time as providing easy access to vital information.
As part of the project, we advised on web marketing and wrote SEO- and user-friendly web copy.
The Result
Within a week of going live, the website was drawing in more than five times the traffic of the original two sites put together. Importantly, users were also staying on the site for considerably longer than they had in the past.
But the statistic that pleased us more than any other was that within a week of the site going live, the charity had re-homed three of its long-stay dogs. This was something they had never achieved - online or offline - in the branch's history, and is testament to the power of engagement through the web.
