The Shepton Mallet Digital Arts Festival is created, organised and marketed by Tickbox Marketing.
The Festival is showcase for the digital creative sector in the South West, and has attracted contributions and support from some of the region's leading digital creative organisations, including Aardman Animation, Bristol Media, Plymouth University, The Open Innovation Project and IBM.
In 2011 it was recognised at European level when Tickbox MD and festival organiser Claire Sully was invited to address the European Business Network conference in Toulon, with the festival highlighted as an example of innovation in community engagement.
The festival brings together artists and arts bodies, businesses, the public sector and education to showcase, promote and develop digital arts in the South West.
The festival also aims to make connections between artists, business, the public sector and education to explore alternative funding streams and develop the potential of businesses and individual artists.
