Web Usability Consultancy
The Forestry Commission asked Tickbox Marketing to deliver a usability report and recommendations to improve the user experience on the National Arboretum subsection of their website.
Following on from our work developing The Friends of Westonbirt website for the charitable trust behind the arboretum, the Forestry Commission wanted to ensure that their Westonbirt section worked closely with the new site, as well as improving the user experience in line with the high usability standards of the FoWA website.
Our Work
Working with the constraints of the Commission's existing third-party Content Mangement System, we were still able to produce a series of recommendations on changes to the user interface, information architecture and content hierarchy which enabled users to more easily access information, and improved the overall user experience.
