Included with our hosting package is a daily back-up of your web files and FTP access.
Further bandwidth and web space is available upon request.
Our managed hosting packages include both website and email hosting, management and server-side support. This includes support for server-side website and email issues, as well as configuration and management of server-side website and email settings. Website hosting also includes updates for security and supported browser issues.
Our domain hosting includes domain configuration, DNS and MX record updates.
Support requests that fall outside of this include:
- Email client issues and configuration
- Website issues due to unsupported legacy browsers
- Changes to website content
