Long-term Tickbox Marketing clients, the Wildfowl & Wetlands Trust (WWT) has launched a major new campaign with our help.
With recent extreme weather events putting climate change very much back in the news, WWT has launched Wetlands Can, a campaign to create 100,000 hectares of restored wetlands.
The charity is asking people to sign up to its campaign, via its website.
WWT points out that wetlands store carbon, reduce flooding and aid biodiversity, as well as having wellbeing benefits for us humans.
Its message is all the more important as 90% of the UK’s natural wetlands have been drained.
Tickbox have created WWT’s website, that supports 12 WWT centres and 100 admin users, including campaigns like their Wetlands Can page. Tickbox has continued to advise the charity on web development for over 10 years.
